Q&A Time:
Question 1: What if the HDD is filled up? Do I need to manually delete the videos?
Answer: You can turn on the "Overwrite" button so the new recordings will automatically cover the old ones when HDD gets full.
Question 2: When I tried to connect my IP cameras from other brands, why don't they display?
Answer: Reolink cameras work perfectly with Reolink NVRs. But it is not recommended to add third-party cameras to Reolink NVRs since there may involve compatibility problems. That's why some of the functions don't work properly.
Question 3: Can I use Cat 6 or Cat 7 cables?
Answer: Our cameras support T-568B connectors and CAT5, CAT6, CAT7 with 8 PIN Ethernet cables so you can use Cat6/7 ones. When using Cat6 or upper, the cables can be up to 330 feet
